Top Secret Trade Show 2009
The Top Secret Trade Show was held on May 15th, in Exhibition Hall at the National Convention Centre. 46 Exhibitors from all facets of Canberra's event and exhibition industry came together to showcase Canberra as the wonderful meeting, conference and exhibition destination it really is.
As guests arrived at Exhibition Hall they were greeted by staff at our registration counter. A printed white Octanorm backdrop was a clean and fresh look and provided the foundations for the entry archways that led into the exhibition.
Through the front arch entry and guests found themselves in the open IHG Lounge. We filled the space with a range of our furniture including ottomans, lounges, and bar furniture. It created a relaxed and comfortable setting for the guests to enjoy afternoon tea and continue the networking afternoon.
We supplied the exhibitors with 3m x 1m Octanorm booths which allowed for an open and easily accessible exhibition. Each booth had a front runner back wall allowing exhibitors to easily velcro their brochures and posters to the wall. Two gooseneck lights provided ample coverage to the booths. Our fascia signs were a very smart grey laminate with black vinyl lettering that added a sense of style to the exhibition.
Kennards Events showed off their creativity and diverse product range by erecting a marquee for the exhibition. The marquee was divided into three main sections all coming together under our tree lined roof.
One side beneath our big colourful Octanorm fruit prints, fruity mocktails and a chocolate fountain were a refreshing treat as the crowds gathered to watch the bowling action that was taking place on our makeshift bowling alley and 9 screen LCD wall.
On the other side guests were treated to the tranquility of our garden setting and deck. It was the perfect place to sit and chat to guests as the rest of the exhibition bustled past.
